The historical Staring Farmhouse was built in 1935. Since it’s development, there were addition built in 1965 and 2015. This project was based on Modern Japanese Deconstructivist Theory. The owner’s goal was to showcase the transformation to modern day aesthetics. We designed a treatment plan brochure to spread the word about the project. This has helped to acquire interest for inclusion in several magazines. We started with an interview process to extract all pertinent information. We then designed the brochure around the great deal of information that was to be used.
