Google is finally allowing Custom URL’s for Google+ personal profiles and businesses. But you have to prove that you are actually using Google+.
The Qualifiers to have access to your custom URL are as follows:
1 ) Your Google+ page must have more than 10 followers.
2 ) Your account must be at least 1 month old.
3 ) A profile picture must be displayed.
4) You are bound by Google+’s Custom URLs Terms of Use.
